Dapper Dan is a smuggler operating out of San Francisco to smuggle foreigners into the coast. Jeanne Bonnet gets word of Dan's activities. Jeanne Bonnet is secretly the Two Gun Gal, the masked criminal and head of an all-female gang. Jeanne sends her lieutenant in the gang, Lu-Lu, to rob Dapper Dan. Dapper Dan easily disarms the frightened Lu-Lu and turns her over to the local sheriff.
