Origin Edit

Eelo was an amphibian man who intended to raise an army of amphibian men like himself to conquer the world. He led a small band of amphibian men who commanded a small fleet of submarines. Eelo and his amphibian men could breathe underwater and had fins and webbed hands which made them very fast swimmers. Eelo seemed to have vast resources, but his plans were put to an end by Samson.
