Origin
El Cuchillo was a seperatist, who assassinated several government officals in San Pablo, the capital of a small South American nation, with the intention of installing a gypsy named Marco as the new dictator. He was shot by a soldier in the attempt to kill Barrerra, the minister of justice, thanks to warning from the spy, Señorita Rio and Soccoro's former valet, Juan.
Soccoro was a carnival knife thrower and claimed that he never missed.
