Liberty Comics was a title by Green Comics. The covers usually featured unnamed characters while the interiors would feature re-print stories from other publishers. Issue #14 featured the Prankster and other crime-style stories.
Oddly, the title seems to have began a year earlier at a different publisher (MLJ) with the title character being a female rather than male but, kept the logo and format.

The name given in this article is a conjecture based on the character's appearance. He seemed to be investigating the inside of a pyramid and may have been Egyptian.
