Dark Angel was an attractive, but ruthless anti-American who intended to assassinate the President of the United States and bring the country to its knees. Her agents managed to discover the secret identity of the hero Spy Smasher and Dark Angel personally invaded his home and pistol whipped him unconcious. Dark Angel secretly had feelings for Spy Smasher and decided to keep him alive long enough for him to see the United States beneath her heel. Spy Smasher managed to escape her lair and stop her.

Dark Angel always carried a gun, was fond of cigarettes and showed no signs of fear.
