Ghazia was a Egyptian priestess who worshiped a vulture headed deity. She wished to destroy Fantomah and seize control of her kingdom. She used an army of re-animated mummies and had a pet vulture. Ghazia also allied herself with the Spotted Men, a group Fantomah had imprisoned earlier.
