Michael Morgan was a vaudevillian magician who accidentally stopped a robbery while wearing a funny mask and wielding a loaded water pistol. Inspired by this success, he puts on a costume and begins using magician props such as hand joy-buzzers, flash powder, pepper and the like to fight crime as the Prankster.
