Smiley Walker leads a group of bandits that kills the parents of Johnny Lash. Later, the bandits kill Pedro Gonzalez in a stagecoach hold-up. Riding his horse Diablo, Johnny tracks down Smiley and the bandits as The Whip, meting out a death sentence on Smiley for the murders of his parents and Pedro.
