Golden Age Origin
Ken Keen was a captain of the Planet Patrol around the year 2065 (about 125 years in the future). Ken rescued Nirma, daughter of the president of Mars and self-described "Amazon," from the Tree-Men of Mercruy. After that, Ken took the girl as his partner on all of his peace keeping missions, throughout the solar system. It is unclear if they had more than a professional relationship, though she never wore a uniform.
Ken was good with his fists and good with a blaster. He appeared to be a competent space pilot as well.
Notes
In his first appearance, Ken was named Ken Kurage of Solar Patrol.
