The Murder Prophet was a killer who gave warnings of the killings he would commit, shortly before committing them. He sometimes used conventional weapons such as guns, but he generally prefferred to kill people with elaborate traps. He was a recurring enemy of Bulletman and a member of the Revenge Syndicate.
