Queen Zora was a ruthless leader, determined to rule the universe. She was willing to destroy inhabited worlds in order to terrify other worlds into paying her tribute. She was frequently oppossed by the hero known as Space Angel, but she was good at escaping certain death and justice.

Queen Zora was aided by her general and an army of hooded men, who resembled ninja warriors. She was also served by deadly robots.
