Golden Age Origin Edit

The Red Lash was an enemy interogator who kidnapped and tortured US military personel during World War II. He managed to knock out the hero known as The Hood in their first meeting, but was defeated in their second meeting.

The Red Lash was a ruthless and sadistic man with long red whips for hands, which he was highly proficient in using. He could use these whips to slash at his targets, and to grasp them from a distance.
