Origin
On Earth-A, Scarlet Stalker is an identity used by two different titans (i.e. superheroes).
The first Scarlet Stalker, Herbert Jones, was a titan (i.e. superhero) who debuted in 1934. He began his career cleaning out mob elements and communist saboteurs. He was eventually contacted by the government and joined with the other titans in the Second Great War, but died in 1938. The origin of his powers is unknown.
The second Scarlet Stalker, Sara M. Lee, descendant of the first, has just emerged. She has cooperated with some established titans but, prefers to carve out her own niche.
Powers and Abilities
Both versions of the Scarlet Stalker possess enhanced senses (particularly scent) and moderate regenerative powers.

Notes
Scarlet Stalker is an "Open-Source Character" and may be used by anyone. The only rule about using it is that your work must have this notation:
"The Scarlet Stalker was created by Michael P. and is available for use by anyone, with only one condition: This paragraph must be included in any publication involving the Scarlet Stalker, in order that others may use this properties as they wish."
While his adventures, as well as his various artistic interpretations, are under copyright to their respective creators, the character and idea is free for everyone to use.
