Origin

Nazi Shock Gibson started out as a spy who was hiding out in what he believed was a abandoned residence. However, the house belonged to hero Shock Gibson. The Nazi sat in Gibson's Electrical Energizer mistaking it for a normal chair. The spy was then given powers identical to Shock Gibson's own.

Later, Shock and his Nazi counterpart battled on the high seas during an attack on ships carrying troops overseas. Shock Gibson could not defeat Anti Shock because their powers were equal, so he stalled, waiting for their powers to run out. Once both of them were out of juice, Shock knocked out his fascist double with a right cross.
