The notes section of the Space Patrol (Ziff-Davis) page states, "These stories tie directly to the Space Patrol television series from 1950-55, of which Buzz Corry, Happy, and the Lady of Diamonds were also regular characters."
If that's true, then this page can't have the first appearance be the comic book as the first appearance would be from two years earlier on the TV show. Also, the creators wouldn't be Phillip Evans, Paul Newman, and Bernard Krigstein; they would simply be people who wrote a comic book using characters already created by whoever created the TV show. There's also a radio show mentioned. When was that on the air and who created it? It's possible the TV show was simply using characters that had already debuted on the radio show...
