"Re-Print Character?"[]
From the Notes section: "Nitro's team-up with Wing by Jerry Lazare was actually a Phantom Lady & Raven story he had re-drawn from Police Comics #20."
Neither character debuted in that story, however, so... are they truly "Re-Print Characters" or is a mention in the "Notes" section sufficient? Thoughts from others?Cebr1979 (talk) 22:29, January 19, 2017 (UTC)
The "notes" should be enough. Besides, the story isn't a re-print: it is technically new artwork that has just been heavilly plagiarized. Hayabusa449 (talk) 22:36, January 19, 2017 (UTC)
