Golden Age Origin
The Weeper, Mortimer Gloom, was a villain who cries for his victims. An arch enemy of Bulletman and Bulletgirl. He was also a member of the villain team known as the Revenge Syndicate.The Weeper wore a top hat, a blue opera cape, carried a walking stick and was armed with tear gas.
